Shipping:

We typically make trips to town on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday and will bring any orders paid for prior to that day. If payment is received on a shipping day, I cannot guarantee I will get the package shipped same day so those will likely be shipped on the next shipping day. On occasion I do have reason to go to town other than those days and would bring any orders paid for outside the designated shipping days.

New/Used Parts:

New parts are taken right from the sealed box directly sorted into their drawers. Sometimes parts may have a few light surface scratches from normal storage/shipping wear from being in their bags together, anything extensive we notice would be taken out. New does not mean they will be in mint condition.

Used parts will come from a variety of sources, some are displayed and hardly handled to some being well played with. We have a system for sorting our used parts where we are always checking quality during each step of the process. These parts may have playwear or surface scratches. We do not list anything clearly damaged and unusable.

New Minifigures are taken right from the set and stored as 1 complete minifigure in its own small baggie. They will either be totally disassembled or partially assembled with the legs only slightly attached so as to not put pressure on the torso.

Used Minifigures are sorted and checked for cracks on the torso and any other damage. We try to remove all parts that are damaged. We do not note all playwear surface scratches but will note anything more than normal playwear. Ex: Scratch on back, fold in cape, chrome visor fading, etc.

Refunds:

Since we have a passion for LEGO, we strive to have our sets 100% complete and all parts being in great condition before we list it. Since some minifigures and parts are hard to get, that is not always possible. If any parts are missing in a set, we will always disclose that. If anything makes it past us or falls out as we are packing orders for shipping, please let us know and we will either ship the part or submit a partial refund.

If you are requesting a refund on an order paid for but has not been shipped, the refund will be subject to a 3% fee due to Paypal's policy of no longer reimbursing the original fee paid by the seller. Orders that have been shipped are nonrefundable.
